Limited Updates

I'm sure my faithful readers and followers have noticed the drastic fall in update frequency. I am suffering pretty badly from pain and swelling in my hands and have been for a few weeks now. At this point, I have to take a break from the computer use to let them rest. If you've never had hand problems, you won't believe how hard basic tasks are when you struggle to use your hands. Simple thinks like getting dressed, drinking, eating, and using the bathroom become hard challenges. Even just petting and playing with Molly is a struggle for me. The poor girl wants so much to help me but has no idea what to do. I guess I have to teach her a lot more behaviors soon!

Sorry to hear that you are in pain. I know just how you feel with not being able to do simple tasks. I shattered my thumb in August and the whole had was out of action for 3 months. Everyone was like at least you aren't left handed but doing anything was just so hard.

I still don't have much movement in it and the cold weather at the moment is making it really sore to do physio and stuff.

Hope you start to feel better soon.

Please take good care of yourself Rebecca! I can't image the pain that you are in and how difficult it makes things for you.

My Christmas wish is for you to feel better.

Kisses

Do sympathise - I had Carpel Tunnel in both hands some years ago - thankfully I was able to have a operation to cure the problem.

Take care

Feel better fast, and get back to training and blogging. It's great reading about another of the many paths a border collie and handler can take... it's not just about sheep or sports.

Best wishes.
